The proceedings of the conference will be published by Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Section A (NIMA).
All contributions are eligible and will be peer-reviewed. Participants will receive a printed volume with all the submitted contributions.

Instructions for preparing your manuscript for the INTDS 2008 Proceedings
The manuscript should be prepared according to the requirements of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research as specified in the Instructions to Authors see:
Put all your source files in a single folder, compress the folder using zip (or gzip), name it with the family name of the first author, and send the compressed archive by e-mail attachment to intds2008@ganil.fr
References :
References to other publications should be numbered consecutively within square brackets in the order in which they appear in the manuscript, and listed together at the end of the text, as shown in the following examples:
[1] V.I. Shulga, P. Sigmund, Nucl. Instr. and Meth. B 47 (1990) 236.
[2] H.H. Andersen, H.L. Bay, in: R. Behrisch (Ed.), Sputtering by Ion Bombardment I, Springer, Berlin, Heidelberg, 1977, p. 104.
[3] J.F. Ziegler, J.P. Biersack, U. Littmark, The Stopping and Range of Ions in Solids, Pergamon, New York, 1985.

It should be written in good English. They should be typed throughout with double line spacing and wide margins on numbered, single column pages.
The author to whom the proofs should be sent must be indicated with her/his full postal address, telephone number, fax number and/or e-mail address one to four classification codes (PACS and/or MSC) and up to six keywords from the INTDS keyword list should be given below the abstract.
